do u think rm1000 is expensive for the price of a cute persian kitten?

and do u guys know what do i need to have if i want to travel my pet from malaysia to dublin?
i heard that i would need the cat's birth certificate (wtf? maybe i should write, mother's name- noradila, father's name- noradila juga hehe..how about place of birth? date of birth? aahhh thats not easy...)
